No Refund Policy

All sales at Breathless Charms are final. Because our products — including magnets, keychains, bottle openers, and other personalized gift items — are custom-made to order with your unique photos and designs, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including photo quality, spelling, and design selections.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at breathlesscharms8@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace or reship the item at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for errors in the design or photo submitted by the customer (e.g., blurry images, typos).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
